Whether you’re a salsa pro or a first-time guacamole maker, teams come together to craft their culinary creations and pitch them to an American Idol-style panel of judges. But it’s not just about taste—teams also showcase their marketing savvy with a branded restaurant poster and a short skit to bring their concept to life.
Along with walking away with some new cooking tips, teams will also learn fun facts about the history of salsa and guacamole while solving Southwestern trivia for additional points. This program works beautifully as an appetizer or a flavorful companion to your existing lunch or dinner plans.
