• Prior to the event, participants are provided with a welcome letter which includes what to expect and the list of items they will need to have on hand for the big day
• Event kickoff begins with a fun and effective group opening activity
• The event facilitator demonstrates the challenges for each round of competition
• Teams are assigned to virtual breakout rooms to practice the activities and brainstorm better ways to improve execution
• Your entire group then comes back to the virtual general session room for the exciting competition
• Multiple rounds are played using a three-step system of demo, practice and competition
• Examples of challenges: Back Flip – tossing and catching an ever-increasing number of pencils; Card Speed – a race to put a shuffled deck of cards in a specific sequence; Game of Chance – shoot the dice, add points to achieve a high score while avoiding ‘snake eyes’ and losing it all
• Our unique scoring system keeps energy flowing and teams in the thick of the competition
• Finale includes announcement of the teams that won each individual challenge as well as your overall In It to Win It Champions
