Virtual Speed Networking Workshop
The break from all of the Zoom meetings you’ve been looking for – Virtual Speed Networking Workshop breaks you and your team out of the rut of Zoom “work” and into a session of Zoom “fun!”
This team building activity combines stimulating get-to-know-you discussions with a series of exciting challenges designed to enhance communication and team cohesiveness.
After each period of discussion and competition new teams are formed, fostering networking and fun interaction amongst the entire group.
Get to know one another’s strengths (and quirks) with this fun and unique program, and build a deeper connection along the way!
The Team Experience:
- Prior to the event, participants are provided with a welcome letter which includes what to expect and the list of items they will need to have on hand for the big day
- Event kickoff begins with a fun and effective opening activity
- A series of challenges will be presented with different combinations of your participants collaborating each time, maximizing interaction and familiarization of your team as well as creating a shared experience they can take back to their work day
- Each round, the teams will be given instructions in the main room, then moved to breakout rooms with their unique teams to come up with their best execution of the challenge
- Teams come back to the main room to present their proposed “resolution” to the challenge
- Wrap-up includes a celebration of the amazing collaborations of the day, and key takeaways from the experience – this debrief will be focused on your unique goals and desired outcomes
Virtual programs are delivered via Zoom. If you prefer a different platform, we are happy to accommodate, if at all possible.
