Teams will compete to create signature dishes inspired by international cuisines like American, Mexican, Mediterranean, and more, while bringing each culture to life by designing a colorful, large-scale themed food truck.
But this tour isn’t just about the cooking. Teams pick a name, design a logo, and develop a marketing jingle and skit that showcase their dish selection in an unforgettable way. Once the food trucks are complete, it’s time to take the judges on their world tour! Judges visit each truck, evaluating taste, originality and presentation.
