In It to Win It

In It to Win It is one of our most highly competitive team building experiences—designed to fuel excitement, ignite friendly rivalry, and bring out everyone’s winning spirit. Inspired by the hit TV show and tailored for team play, this program features a series of rapid-fire tabletop challenges using everyday household items and office supplies.

Get ready for high-energy fun as your group competes, laughs, and cheers one another on in the race to become the In It to Win It champions!

A guaranteed crowd-pleaser, In It to Win It is perfect as a lively addition to a company dinner, an energizing break after a day of meetings, or a standalone team building experience!

The Team Experience:
  • Kickoff begins with a lively and effective opening activity
  • Multiple rounds are played using a three-step system of demo, practice and competition
  • Examples of challenges include:
    • Back Flip: tossing and catching an ever-increasing number of pencils
    • Card Speed: a race to put a shuffled deck of cards in a specific sequence
    • Game of Chance: shoot the dice, add points to achieve a high score while avoiding ‘snake eyes’ and losing it all
  • Unique scoring system keeps the energy flowing and encourages continuous improvement, keeping teams in the thick of the competition throughout the entire event
  • The grand finale features a humorous closing ceremony that celebrates the top-performing teams
