Charity Bears and Blankets

Charity Bears and Blankets is a rewarding philanthropic program designed to give comfort and warmth to children experiencing trauma or other adverse situations.

This teambuilder has teams competing to earn the supplies necessary to build a bear per person, a t-shirt per bear and decorate the bears by swaddling them in colorful blankets.  A personal note of encouragement written by each participant is also included.

Utilizing our iHunt® app, participants solve exciting photo, video and trivia clues to earn all supplies necessary to complete the build.

The Team Experience:

  • Action begins with the facilitator’s short and powerful energizer
  • Teams solve challenges using our iPad app to earn points
  • Points are redeemed for the supplies needed to assemble/decorate the teddy bears
  • Teams celebrate by displaying their teddy bears for other teams to see
  • Participants pose with completed bears for a final group picture
  • When possible, a charity representative will appear to receive the generous donation—this proud moment will make a lasting impression
  • At the conclusion of the program, we share a link to all of the pictures and videos taken by the participants during the event
